Background

As a veteran lawyer, with more than 20 years of experience, Diane has helped clients with their legal needs in the areas of criminal defense, civil infractions, family law, child support and custody matters, mediation and dispute resolution, contract, employment and consumer issues, as well as estate planning. She has worked in District Court, Superior Court, and the Washington State Court of Appeals.

Diane has drafted and negotiated contracts, negotiated disputes and resolutions, and handled various levels of litigation. Her litigation practice has involved extensive trial practice, motion practice, document discovery, depositions, case analysis, expert analysis, and case presentations involving multiple fact and expert witnesses.

Diane prides herself in serving each client in an efficient and effective manner, attending to all the relevant matters of each client from dispute avoidance to dispute resolution, while maintaining a personal relationship with each client. Providing information, time, respect, and options to each client is her goal regardless of whether she is handling an infraction or a serious felony matter.
